How it works on each game version
Classic Era and Forever get full plans. Retail plans come from your quest log only, and Anniversary isn’t covered yet.
Why it isn’t a script
Most leveling guides play back a list someone wrote in advance. Skip a quest or start at level 23 and the list doesn’t know. I work the plan out from your character each time, so a skipped quest just drops out.
