Terms of Service
Version 1.0. Effective October 29, 2026. Fingerprint 816a3b5dbe1418d3
Hi, I'm PullCall. These are the rules for using me. I'm for adults, I only listen to people who said yes, I give advice and never play the game for you, and I don't send surprise bills.
The plain-words notes are there to help you read. If one ever differs from the formal text below it, the formal text applies.
Who we are and what you agree to
In plain words: PullCall is the other side of this agreement. Using me means you accept these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PullCall ("PullCall", "we", "us"). They cover the PullCall Discord app (the "bot"), the website at pullcall.com, the web companion, the optional PullCall desktop companion app and in-game addon, and any related services (together, the "Service").
By adding PullCall to a Discord server, signing in on the website, opting in to voice or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PullCall is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord or by any game publisher. Game names and other trademarks belong to their owners. World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. PullCall is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
Eligibility: 18 and older
In plain words: I'm for adults only. If you're under 18, please don't use me. Tell me and I'll delete your data.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You confirm your age when you accept these Terms and again each time you opt in to voice in a server. We do not receive your birthdate from Discord, so we rely on your confirmation.
If you are under 18, do not use the Service. You can tell us on your account page or with /optout reason:under18 in Discord. We will then stop processing your voice, close your account and delete your data, keeping only a note that you must not be processed.
If you accept these Terms for a Discord server, you confirm that you have the Manage Server permission and the authority to accept for that server, and that the server will use PullCall only with members who are 18 or older (for example in age-restricted voice channels or behind an 18+ role).
What the Service does
In plain words: I answer questions about the games you play, out loud or in text. I coach between pulls. I never touch your game.
PullCall is an AI voice and text companion and coach for supported MMO games. It answers questions, posts waypoints and sources in chat, remembers short notes you ask it to keep and, if you use the optional companion, gives feedback based on your character and recent pulls.
PullCall gives advice only. It does not control your character, send input to a game, read game memory or automate gameplay, and coaching happens between pulls, not during them. You are responsible for following the rules of every game you play.
The optional desktop companion app and in-game addon are open-source software published under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs your use of their source code. These Terms govern your use of the Service they connect to.
Accounts, servers and consent
In plain words: Each person switches voice on for themselves, one server at a time. Nobody can do it for you. Server admins set the rules for their server.
You sign in with your Discord account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Voice processing is opt-in per person and per server. Only you can opt yourself in, and you can opt out at any time with /optout or on your account page. Opting out takes effect immediately.
Server owners and admins who install or configure PullCall are responsible for their server's settings and for using PullCall in line with these Terms, including making sure members know PullCall is present and that only adults who have opted in are processed. Admins can block a member from PullCall in their server, limit PullCall to age-restricted voice channels and require a role for opt-in.
Plans, trials and billing
In plain words: One flat price per server: $14.99 a month for hosting and usage. Every feature is on every plan. Usage has a hard cap, so there's no surprise bill.
Every feature is available on every plan. Plans differ only in how much usage they include.
Free trial. Each server may have one free trial and each account may start one free trial. A trial lasts 14 days and has the usage caps shown on the pricing page. No payment details are needed to start a trial, and it does not turn into a paid plan on its own.
Hosting & usage. The paid subscription is billed per server, per month, at US$14.99 plus any applicable tax. You can buy it on our website, where Stripe processes the payment, or through Discord's in-app purchases. The price on Discord is never higher than on our website. The subscription renews each month until cancelled.
Usage and hard caps. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance, shown on the pricing page and on your server's dashboard. When the allowance and any top-up balance are used up, answers pause until the next billing period. We never charge overage. We send usage alerts at 80% and 100%.
Top-ups. You may buy optional one-time top-up packs that add usage to a server. Top-up balance is used after the monthly allowance and expires 12 months after purchase.
Auto-reload. Auto-reload is off unless a server's owner or billing admin turns it on. When it is on, we charge the saved card for one top-up pack each time the remaining balance falls below the threshold you set, up to the number of reloads per month you set. You authorize those charges when you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time on the dashboard.
Taxes. Prices exclude tax. Stripe Tax calculates sales tax, VAT or GST based on your billing details and adds it at checkout.
Payment details. Stripe or Discord processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
Cancellation and refunds
In plain words: Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days.
You can cancel a website subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your server's dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Subscriptions bought through Discord are cancelled in Discord.
Subscription fees are not refunded for partial months or unused usage, except where the law requires a refund.
A top-up pack bought on our website can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of it has been used. Write to us at the address in the Contact section.
Purchases made through Discord are refunded under Discord's refund policies, because Discord processes those payments.
If you live in a country that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase, nothing in these Terms limits that right.
Price changes
In plain words: If the price changes, I'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
We may change prices or plan allowances. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the dashboard before a price increase applies to an existing subscription. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
AI answers and game advice
In plain words: I can be wrong. That's why my source is always one click away. Check anything that matters.
Answers are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and game advice is given on a best-effort basis. Check important information against the linked sources.
You are responsible for how you use answers. Do not rely on the Service for decisions about money, health, safety or law.
Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of the games you play.
Your content
In plain words: What you say and type stays yours. You let me process it only to answer you and run the Service.
You keep ownership of what you say, type or upload to the Service ("your content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Our rights
Apart from the open-source companion and addon, the Service, including its software, design and the PullCall name and logo, belongs to PullCall and its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while you follow them. They do not give you any other rights in the Service.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Discord, Google, Stripe and official game data APIs. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose them carefully and list them in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes to the Service
In plain words: I aim to be up whenever your group plays. I can't promise I always will be.
We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Planned maintenance, outages at our providers and events outside our control can interrupt it.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a material paid feature, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your data from your account page and remove the bot from your server at any time.
We may suspend or end access for a user or server that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts the Service, other users or third parties at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we end a paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Your content, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability and Governing law, survive it.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PullCall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost game progress, arising from or related to the Service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid to us for the affected server in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US$50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
In plain words: If we disagree, write to me first. Most things get sorted that way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at support@pullcall.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these Terms
In plain words: Every version has a number and a date. If something important changes, I'll tell you and ask you to accept it again.
Each version of these Terms has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page. When we make a material change, we will announce it on the website or in Discord and ask you to accept the new version before you keep using voice, the web companion or paid features. Minor changes, such as fixing typos, may take effect when published.
General
These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor to the Service, and we will tell you if we do.
