Acceptable Use Policy

Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the PullCall Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including server owners and admins who install PullCall. "We" and "us" mean PullCall.

Respect people

In plain words: No harassment, no hate and nothing aimed at hurting someone.

Do not use the Service for:

• harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discrimination;
• sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content involving someone without their consent;
• doxxing, or sharing other people's personal data without their permission;
• anything that breaks Discord's Community Guidelines.

Consent and recording

In plain words: Everyone says yes for themselves. Don't use me to record people.

Each person opts in to voice for themselves. Do not opt in, or try to opt in, for anyone else. Do not use the Service to record, transcribe or monitor anyone without their consent, or to get around another person's opt-out or a server's settings.

Do not use the Service if you are under 18, or let it listen in a voice channel used by people under 18.

Fair play

In plain words: I give advice between pulls. I never play the game for you, and you can't use me to cheat.

PullCall only gives advice and never automates gameplay. Do not use the Service, or modify the companion or addon, to cheat, bot, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, sell or share accounts, or otherwise break the rules of a game.

Respect the Service and its limits

Do not:

• try to get around usage caps, trials, rate limits or billing, for example by creating extra accounts or servers to get more trials;
• probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or disrupt or overload it;
• access accounts, servers or data that are not yours;
• reverse engineer the hosted Service, scrape it, or use its output to build a competing AI model (the open-source companion and addon may be used under their license);
• resell the Service or give others access to it outside the features we provide.

Illegal and harmful content

Do not use the Service for anything illegal, or to create or spread malware, spam, scams or deceptive content. Your use must also follow Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, because Google generates PullCall's answers.

Server responsibilities

In plain words: If you run the server, you set the rules for PullCall there.

Server owners and admins are responsible for how PullCall is set up and used in their server, including telling members that PullCall is present, using it only with adults, and applying settings such as age-restricted channels and a required role. Admins can block a member from PullCall in their server with /pullcall block.

Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse to support@pullcall.com. We may warn, limit, suspend or remove users or servers that break this policy, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to removal without warning.
